Cleanliness & Vehicle Care
- To maintain a fresh interior for all guests, smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Deep-cleaning fees will apply for violations.
- Please return the vehicle in the same clean condition it was handed over to you.
- For your comfort and safety, do not exceed the recommended passenger and luggage capacity of the vehicle.
Responsibility & Reporting
- Transparency is key. Please report any scratches, damage, or mechanical issues to us immediately so we can assist you promptly.

Driver Authorization
