Official Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of vehicles rented from Mansoor Car Rentals. By booking with us, you agree to comply with the following policies.

Cancellation Policy

  • The booking amount will be fully refunded only if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the booking start date.
  • If the cancellation is made within 7 days of the booking date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
  • If a customer chooses to end the booking early after taking delivery of the vehicle, no refund will be provided for the unused days.
  • Example: If a car is booked for 5 days and returned on the 3rd day, the renter will still be charged for the full 5-day booking period.
  • Booking extensions are subject to vehicle availability and company approval. Extension requests may be denied depending on prior bookings or operational requirements.

Minimum Booking Duration

  • A minimum booking period of 3 days is mandatory for all self-drive rentals.

Vehicle Return Timing

  • Our office operating and handover timing is from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
  • The vehicle must be returned before or by the agreed handover time.
  • If the vehicle is returned after 9:00 PM or beyond the agreed return time, an additional day’s rental charge will apply.

Vehicle Damage & Insurance

  • In case of accidental damage to the vehicle, repair costs will first be assessed.
  • If the estimated repair cost exceeds ₹1,40,000, the company reserves the right to process the claim through insurance.
  • During the repair period, the renter will be liable to pay the daily rental charges for the number of days the vehicle remains unavailable due to repairs.

Responsibility & Traffic Violations

  • The company will be responsible for matters related to the white number plate self-drive vehicle operating legally within Goa.
  • The renter/driver will be solely responsible for: Rash or negligent driving, Drink and drive violations, Over-speeding, Driving without fastening seat belts, Signal jumping and traffic violations, Illegal parking, Any challans, penalties, or legal consequences during the rental period, and Damage caused due to misuse or negligence.

Booking Extension

  • Booking extensions are strictly subject to availability and prior approval from the company.
  • Customers must request extensions before the original booking period ends.

General Conditions

  • The renter must possess a valid driving license at the time of vehicle pickup.
  • The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking in case of policy violations or suspicious activity.

Fuel Policy

  • The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at the time of delivery.
  • No refund will be provided for any extra fuel left in the vehicle at the time of return.
  • If the fuel level is lower than the level provided during handover, the difference amount will be charged to the renter.

Traffic Fines & Challans

  • The renter/driver will be fully responsible for all traffic fines, challans, penalties, and legal violations incurred during the rental period (including but not limited to seat belt, over-speeding, drink & drive, reckless driving, illegal parking, and signal jumping).
  • Any challan received after the vehicle is returned, but related to the renter’s booking period, must also be paid by the renter.
